Some businesses will prefer an external review that helps the management team understand their business better and help the entrepreneur evolve the business.

S+I+T+FO™ is our method of reviewing where your business is currently and helping you to develop the roadmap to take you forward. We can also work with you as you implement this process.

The cost of this exercise will depend on your business size and set-up and each quote will be bespoke to the company. However, we do provide a money back guarantee if our involvement does not add value across at least one of the business-critical areas.
